The hardest part of this essay was it could not be longer than 300 words!
Arianna Huffington stated that some roles are less attractive to women, or irrelevant to young girls, due to the lack of role models to look up to learn from and aspire to become.

In 2016 group of young female students launched a not-for-profit foundation with the goal to link teenagers and female computer science students and create role models for the younger generations.
My personal will to help women in business, I worked with the founders on their strategic partnerships getting them in touch with corporates and onboarding people to contribute to the cause.
In 2017, they held a very first all-female hackathon in which teenagers and students worked to design an MVP resulting in 18 apps they coded and designed.
I heard presentations of 10 groups. One team created an app to teach childrern e with the use of a game, when I asked her why she designed this, her answer was that she wanted to help children be better. Another team designed an app of trivia family game. I asked why they developed it, and they answered that they never had family time when they were young and feels that will help children. One team struck me the most, I honestly do not remember the product, I remember the two teenagers and the student of the team. The messaging, storytelling and presentation were flawless. When I asked them what they enjoyed most in the project they both smiled and said “coding”. At that moment the computer science student told me coding was her love. My last question was what they wanted to do when they grew up and they all answered together “to be CEO”. That is when I felt my mentorship culminated and told them – You will be anything you want to be. Just like me.
