Disruptive Business Models
Last class of Year 1!

This might have not been the most challenging class for me, but it was really enjoyable! I loved the team I had, the professors (Yes, we had two for this class!) and it was a great weekend.

Hello Noa Thank you for sharing your work on Klarna. You capture the key elements of business model well. Potential to link it to the value creation and value capture elements as output of the business model. When it comes to competitive advantage, while merchant partnerships and data driven decision making clearly point out towards the edge rationale, it is not clear how consumer finance (which is central to the business model of anyone in this industry) connects to competitive adv. Good points on emerging models and practices which act as constraints and enabler. Recommendations are clear. Would be good to see what Klarna is already doing and what forms your recommendation.
