Authentic Leadership III: Personal Influence
Last class of Term! (That is spring term Year 1)

These Authentic Leadership classes are at times hard for me, seeing that much of the topics covered are those that I also cover in my MGT consultancy - But there is always a place to learn new points of view!
My overall grade for this course was: A
Dear Noa,
Thank you for sharing your assignment, which I enjoyed reading very much.
The following feedback is intended to highlight what you did well, as well as some suggestions for further growth and development.
Let's start with the things I particularly appreciated:
- You demonstrate a good command of the concepts discussed throughout the class, and provide insightful reflection on how you have been applying some of the principles in your professional practice.
- You are very focussed on creating open, ethical and inclusive environments when working with others.
And to continue your learning journey:
- Your Action Plan could have benefitted from more reflection on your ongoing development of leadership skills and what you have found valuable so far (the first questions in the workbook template), and a little more detail around the improvements you are planning for the coming months (questions 9-12).
- You could have used more concrete examples from your professional practice to make your responses more compelling.
Thank you again! It was a pleasure having you in my class.
